1. I did an hour of kick boxing and almost an hour of yoga.
I have not been able to post here due to no star.
Now I can because of kind DUer.

3. 1 hour lower body weights
I haven't done as much as I'd like the last few weeks, it's been taking me a long time to recover. (Doc is checking thyroid again.)

4. Just a 7 mile run
4 mile tempo jog, stretched, and 3 miles of Indian sprints.

Need to fix my form I realized today, I land on my heels when I run rather my arch so my lower calves are hurting are a result.

I can't wait for school to be over so I can finally get into summer triathalon season training mode. Weights, yoga, open ocean swimming, massive runs, hill sprints etc. I'm just craving it. I intend to train to win this year and keep up with the real alpha dogs.
