Friday 3/7/08 - Workout.......

So it's cold and it's raining and it's Friday and I want to go home, but if I go the gym I'm going to be really happy in 3 weeks when I'm able to stretch a single into a doube. RIGHT?????

1. Did you make it to the gym?

I did my hour of weights (upper body) this morning. I hope the rain isn't too bad tomorrow morning here so I can run.

2. I went and I did my cardio

20 minutes lifecycle
20 minutes eliptical

I'm going to go back tomorrow to do my agility, sprints and weights
