Swam 1.5 hours. 400 yds freestyle, 200 pull, 100 kick; 6 x 25 all-out with 20 sec rest; 6 x 200 focusing on breathing pattern.

1. Not a thing.
I went to California Kitchen & had their new Miso Salad. Very good. Now I am noshing on homemade cookies. They too, are very good. ;)

2. I've done absolutely nothing for an entire week tomorrow
it's been good for me to take a break, quite frankly. There IS such a thing as over-training. :D

7. A break can refresh both your body & your mind.
Sometimes when I feel I'm not making progress, I take a few days. I always get back into it with a refreshed attitude.
