1/28/2008 workout
Edited on Mon Jan-28-08 11:51 AM by supernova
I did my 1.25 miles this morning. The good news is, unlike other Mondays, today I didn't feel sluggish to get back to my weekday routine. I added another couple of minutes of more intense pace so I'm continuing to improve my time. My overall goal is to get in about a mile and a half during my morning 30 minutes.

How about you?

1. Sigh....I'm having a REALLY hard time today getting motivated
:( I'm procrastinating by posting on DU and although I'm already in my workout gear, I'm just so damn TIRED today. I worked my ass off last week and exercised every single day. The only day I took off was Saturday. I worked out yesterday, too, and really over-did it on the stairmaster. It doesn't help that I'm pms-y and cranky.

Sometimes we just need to REST. It's all about balance.

 I dunno....maybe I'll still make it in. I'm confused.

2. Aww, I have days like that
I just feel beat.

Somedays I just need the rest. Sounds like you do too. Sometimes when I feel like that, I wish I could maybe go to a yoga or stretching class or something like that.

3. Thanks, supernova
yeah, maybe I'll keep it simple today. Stay home and do some ab work and yoga stretching in front of my cozy fireplace, instead. Plus, it's raining again.....ugh.
