Core work this AM
Superset of Kettlebell swings, Janda situps and side bends.
Hopefully I'll hit the climbing gym tonight too.

is wrong with my back, I'm guessing just pulled muscles.

I have anti-inflamatories and naproxen. We'll see how that works and no back work for a couple of weeks.

I might hit some pullups next week for the upperback and continue to give my lower back a break.
