1. Hungover today so noooo
:beer: My tolerance has gone down, since I don't drink much anymore. I think it was all the smoke that killed me last night. I'll hit it again tomorrow with arms and abs. My legs are still sore from my leg workout so no deadlifts this weekend.

4. Just got back.
Starting over again....was out about 6 weeks for eye surgery. Surprising how quickly you can lose endurance. Anyway, did 40 minutes on the elliptical.
