Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2 Dec- 4 Dec Workout report!
What did everyone get up to over the weekend?

I did 5km on the elliptical on Saturday, plus some weights, then did another 6km on Sunday, really going for it. This morning I got up and did 35 minutes of yoga. We have a holiday tomorrow (Tuesday) so I might get to the gym.

I've been trying to motivate my partner to get up in the mornings with me and trade off on the elliptical and the yoga mat, and this morning he dragged himself out of bed but was only on the elliptical for 20 minutes. He's much more keen on the gym, much to my confusion.

Legs:

Squats 2 warmup sets and 5 working sets
hack Squats 3 sets
Leg extension 4 sets
Hamstring curls 3 sets
Standing calf raises 4 sets
Leg press calf raises 3 sets

It felt good like I am getting back up to my training time and form.

3. Hit it again today BRUTAL BACK WORKOUT
WOW this is a great routine.

Good Mornings 3x10
Barbell Rows (4 sets with drops, 3 drops)
T-bar Deadlifts 3x10,8,9
Incline Bench Isolations Rows 3 sets with drops, 1 drop each
Wide Grip Lat pull downs 3x10,8,8 with drop and hold static hold at the end of each set


Lower abs


This is a great back workout, anybody interested can PM me for an excel spreadsheet of the full sequence of this back workout.
