Power yoga today, lots of plank poses. Again with the tired arms. :P

Standing military press 4x8
DB laterals 3x8
Hammer Strength Shoulder press 3x8
Bent cable rear delt flyes 2x10
BB shrugs 4x8 (these felt great) Held 3 seconds at top

BB curls 3x8 supersetted with
BB wrist curls 3x8

One arm DB preacher curls supersetted with
over handed bb curls 3x8

Hyperextensions 2x12

Great workout today The new supplement XCEED is starting to deliver on pumps.
