Tuesday, 6/20: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

Today, I did a lengthy ab routine, and then spent 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 25 minutes on the elliptical machine (interval program).

How did you folks make out?

I've been swimming really regularly and it's feeling great!
