Thursday, 3/2: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

Today I got my leg workout in and then did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Feeling a lot better today. I don't typically eat before a workout (I want my body to draw it's energy from stored fat) so I don't think it was lack of food. However, I think the quality of food I ate the day before was lack-luster (not enough protein or complex carbs). It is also quite possible I was dehydrated.

What's up w/ all of you today?

1. Try to eat an hour prior to workout. This won't affect
your fat burning potential, but you'll have more energy to have a more intense workout. Fast protien and complex carbs are best. I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal and some whey protein powder prior to workout.

4. I'm so glad you're feeling better!
So far today I've done an hour of Pilates.

I'm thinking of heading to the gym for an hour later, I'll see how I feel. :hi:

7. Yes, I did
Went to my new gym, did 45 minutes on treadmill, then my usual weight routine. I like free weights, but will try their spiffy machines one of these days.

8. Leg workout
No cardio today..I just started a new diet and I was hungry. I've done way less cardio this week altogether but have been focusing on weights. Not intentionally, that's just the way it happened to work out. I do plan on doing a 2nd spinning session of the week tomorrow. :)
