Tuesday, 10/11: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

Back to work after the long holiday weekend. I jogged 5K this morning (3.1 miles) and then did my tricep curl, pec machine, rowing weights, and lat pulldown, as well as my usual knee work.

What's up w/ you guys today?

1. Worked out yesterday evening.
A good swim. I will try to get back to going in the morning, but for some reason, that just hasn't been in the cards for the last week.

3. i did, i skipped yesterday but i made up for it today
i did 52 minutes on the treadmill at various inclines and according to my readout i burned 513 calories!! I don't how accurate it is but i feel good.

5. Not today - had my epidural shot for my neck
But tomorrow I plan on going back to my gentle yoga class. If I feel up to it, I'll ride the bike for a bit afterward. :)
