I've had quite a few people ask me for copies of my cartoons. Some have expressed interest in a "book format" - so I've been doing some research into e-book publishing software

I've used power-point and adobe to put some together in a downloadable format with mixed results.

any recomendations as to what software would work for me? Preferably one that doesn't cost alot of money - (we're on the edge in this bush economy)

I have a program like this, but I checked the license on it and don't have resell or giveaway rights to it.

It's getting late, but I have lots of fun toys on here, I'll look some up tomorrow. I know I have e-book cover creators, ad blasters, link exchanges and all kinds of other stuff you can use. Just give me a couple days to look through it all and see what I have, ok?

Might you just want to put together an Adobe Acrobat file? There are free programs which let you do that.

Or rather, are you looking to put together which people must pay for (password protected) to read?

Most commercial eBook programs are profit oriented...
