Need some DU opinions. I have several photos from the

photo walk this past weekend. I was wondering which one I should submit to their contest.

1. #12, zigzag stairs in black&white.

4. Thanks. At the top of those stairs was the home of a friend.

I remember one 4th of july we threw firecracker from there. They were loud enough that they set off burglar alarms. The cops were not amused. The neighbors didn't care, they were at the party with us.

2. This is tough

I really like the garden clippers. It's different because the focal point of the photo is in the shadows.

My second favorite would probably be the girls in the window. Maybe for the same reason.

3. I like the clippers, but there was a slight bit of movement.

I tried masking it with a lomo filter.

The only area I see as remotely problematic is the upper right hand corner and that can easily be cropped.

10. I'm going back and retake that image. I made the mistake of

just taking one.

5. I enjoyed looking immensely. Yet - to name a favorite I would like to know

more about the contest.
What's it called?
Who enters?
Is it for artistic purposes or to show off the City and their beauty and efforts?

Without knowing more, I can't chose.
My choices would vary, I'm sure of it.

6. Thanks. This was from the Worldwide Photo Walk.

The contest isn't anything big, its a friendly competition. The fun is in setting off on a photo walk with photographers from all over and of differing levels of skill and equipment.

The photo walk took place in my old stomping grounds, so I was able to show some hidden gems on the route.

The cat

Personally I like best
the wine bottle
the shears
the leaves

and all the rest.
