unidentified aquatic plant.

I I'd an American Coot later that day. The park attendant let me look through her binocs so I could the I'd the bird myself.

4. Coots!!

We started getting tons of those at Shelby Farms. For the longest time I just thought they were weird ducks........ I'm not much of a coot lover, but I started to feel sorry for them, because the gulls would circle them waiting for them to catch a fish, and then steal it from them. For some reason they didn't seem to do that with the ducks, only the coots. I think all the gulls have left now.

I love nature! I also love these photos of yours.

5. When I get new camera, I will add a telephoto so I can

do some wild life. I think the E Pl2 with a 14~150mm (28~300) might get me a bit closer.

3. Oh gosh . . . color - how beautiful!

I hear you about the snow. We just got 10 new inches the other day. Hopefully it'll melt fast. Can't wait for spring-type weather!
