1. These are what "bucolic" really means. Some of your finest! The top two are
utter winners. The sunset with the water quietly reflecting, and the tractor resting in the late sun.
Awe-filling shots.
The noisy sky breaks my reverie.

Thanks for these!

3. Adding some more from last night
I couldn't resist trying to capture an even fuller moon so I headed out about four, when it was supposed to rise.

No moon in sight at first, but I headed up to the top of the hill where I heard all the noisy birds, and passed this sight.

Still no moon, so I set my sights on the water.

Then, finally, the moon with the birds......

Would love for anyone with moon pictures from last night (or tonight) to post them here or start your own thread.

4. Three slow times I scrolled these
and my jaw just kept dropping further and further. They are alive, they tell tales, they are emotional, and they are beautiful.
The bird laden tree and LaLuna are an incredible finale. I know you are glad you went out again.

5. A hit and run but have to comment.

All these are wonderful and so glad you looked around when the moon rise wasn't there but, those birds make that moon shot. That is a wonderful capture of both the moon with all the detail and the birds silhouetted in front make it so unique and intriguing.

The last time I tried to get the moon was in September with the harvest moon. Been cloudy on full moon nights since until the wee hours of last night. I only know it was shining brightly when the neighbors generator woke me at 4 AM. Seems toe power went off but at 4 I wasn't even trying to do more than go back to sleep.
