OK, how about this? (0 / 0) I saw Kerry on Stephanopundit and the one thing that demonstrated his transparent lack of a vertebral column was when he refused to commit to disciplining Lieberman harshly for his apostasy. Holy Joe needs to be excommunicated immediately. No seniority, no committees, NO CAUCUSING with the Democrats!
This is why I consider your post's title to be hyperbolic in the extreme. I bash you thus.
by poemworld on S
Kerry said EXACTLY what he should have said in reply - that Steph wanted to talk about PROCESS that is inside the party decisionmaking instead of talking about the ISSUES that are actually making the race in Connecticut, and he wouldn't be distracted from those issues of the war in Iraq, healthcare, energy independence, jobs, etc...
Why should Dems indulge the corpmedia on their spin and distraction efforts? Call them on it and bring the VOTER'S issues back in play.
Kerry did this perfectly and the bashers are too narrowminded to grasp what he did.

The upside is I now know I am not the most cantankerous person on the planet. I missed the program, but from everything I heard he did a great job. Even some of his biggest DU critics gave him props, but I guess there always has to be a rotten apple.

| 3. But he's not even being simply anti-Kerry. |

There are, sadly, people who don't understand or respect Senate procedure and precedent, so they lash out at people like JK when something like this happens.

http://www.dailykos.com/comments/2006/8/20/114513/792/2... That one didn't even make a rational case. The good news though - that silly post only got 4 recs.

I don't think this person paused to consider: what happens if Lieberman stays in the Senate? All the Sens. who do what that idiot wants will have made an enemy. Sigh.
