2. I don't know IB, Howdy Doody has a much more intelligent look

on his face than Barfie. Also, articulate speech just seems so much more natural to HD than to Barfie. (Serously, he always sounds as though he has to reach deep into his vestigial brain stem to find where words are and struggle to bring thme out into the light of day.)
