I remember, it was one of his lawyers -- I think his last name was Hoffmeyer or Hoffheimer, I forget which. He said it on Olbermann during the Ohio recount thing last year, and it was promptly dug up that this guy had worked for a law firm with Republican leanings before being hired by the campaign. I am pretty sure that his name was on the DNC's "let's deny everything" Ohio report, the one that contradicts both Rep. Conyers's research and now the GAO report on electronic voting.
Anyway, Kerry's lawyer who had -- and still has, from what I gather -- the most to do with the Ohio stuff is Don McTigue, and neither he nor Kerry said anything of the sort.
There is a Pitt interview with Cam Kerry, you could probably search for it on Truthout, in which Cam says that he thinks that Ohio was not fair and square and that it was "not a 100,000 vote race." And we all know that Teresa thinks it was f-ed with. The opinions of his wife and brother are probably a lot closer to Kerry's own opinions than those of a single lawyer who really didn't have a lot to do with the post-election stuff in the first place.
(Btw if the argument is still going on, you can quote my entire post if you like. :P)
