Did Kerry always know where the WMDs were?

But JK is not a neocon and would deploy the WMD as a last resort after all other tactics to neutralize the attack have failed. Generally, in such a case, the invader wants to provoke him into using the WMD, and JK's earlier strategies only embolden the invader in this goal.

Then had to acknowledge that there weren't any in the first place. Every day he looks at his own last name and feels shame and humiliation. Then he visits the vice president and can barely bring himself to refer to the VP by his nickname.

We need a president who will not suffer from WMD envy.
