2. That poll drives home how hostile dKos is
I mean, freakin' Vilsack (as of 12:15 EST) has more votes than JK. I'm not saying we shouldn't vote, but dKos is and always will be hostile territory, apparently.

4. How is Edwards doing?
I haven't looked, but my bet is that Edwards is much more popular there than Kerry. Assuming I'm right, that is strange considering how Edwards supported going to war and Kerry opposed the war before it started. After all, it is the attacks on Kerry for his IWR vote which was cited as the main attack on Kerry during the 2004 campaign. Of course they are clueless as to Kerry's actual position on the war.

Considering that Kos was Dean territory in 2003-4, it is ironic how much they hate him. After all, if we look beyond the styles of the candidates (and understand that they had essentially the same position on the war) Kerry is probably closer to Dean on positons than anyone else running, and where they differ Kerry is generally a bit more liberal.

5. Edwards is very popular
Edwards and Gore, who the Kossacks cannot seem to accept is not running for president.

Go figure. The Kossacks are all about sound bites and style. They want a flashy exterior more than they want real substance.

6. Yeah, they pummelled me yesterday for that Reuters article on Gore
Well, dKos is funny. They're against Kerry until he does something good, then they can't help it but like him. Then they say he shouldn't run. This is based more on fear of losing than anything else. They're fickle. Heck, they're like the media. So I will continue to engage there.

7. Isn't that just nuts!!
Edwards hasn't even led on withdrawal strategy, either has Obama. And yet these people who say it's all about the war, aren't for the guy who even Tom Hayden praised for leading on ending the war. People are just weird.
