Multiple threads started today by people Kerry seems to be impressing

Either happy he hasn't disappeared and is still fighting or that he is showing backbone (was it always there? yes). Slowly and surely he is turning some of the naysayers around.

I think some of those friggin committee assignments might have something to do with the damn war in Iraq (Foreign Relations) which could be a big issue, Social Security (gee, that's been in the news lately, wonder why), health care (We still have health care in the good ole USA?), international trade (NAFTA, Outsourcing, F*ck..... I think I'm sensing a pattern here.)

And so forth. Relevency is not his friggin problem. Tell these people to buy a clue. Honestly, you are not responsible for other people's stupidity. Just remind them of the assignments, what they friggin deal with and let the light slowly dawn on them. JK ain't going anywhere. (To hell with the naysayers --- :spank:)

i see a lot of stupid Kerry bashing on threads.

i think there are just people responding to the latest vote and those who don't hate Kerry are just responding positively to that vote.

but there is still a lot of crap.

i think the best is to ignore some of them since i remember someone started some stupid anti Kerry thread a while ago and nobody really responded and it just dropped off without much response.

and i didn't really find the stupid thread about Kerry's spine very positive. if anyone had been paying attention they would know Kerry is doing the same thing he has always done.

i don't see the latest Gonzales and Rice votes as being one of "bravery or guts or spine" or anything like that. Kerry voted against Ashcroft and Clarence Thomas also. to me he is just doing what he has always done.

as sandnsea said on that other thread the IWR vote showed spine of any votes considering all the crap he got from people on BOTH sides. and he never changed his position. his position was the same before the iwr vote and after it.

he knew the sanctions were hurting the Iraqi people . getting inspectors in and keeping a check on Saddam would have allowed to get rid of the sanctions and help improve the lives of the Iraqi people.

it's amazing that Barbara Boxer can get it while those who praise her can't seem to get it. she called out the Bush administration on what they said and held them accountable. she didn't rant about how Bush is a liar and nobody should trust him and all that crap. she brought up evidence, she brought up what they said about IWR and how THEY didn't follow up with what it was about.

and if you want to talk about being anti war, what Kerry did during Vietnam showed what a person with spine does when they are anti war.
