AG: Children imitated sex acts of capt., wife

An Air Force couple face child abuse charges once again.

The Office of the Attorney General has filed a complaint in the Superior Court of Guam against Air Force Capt. Michael Eric Dunlop and his wife, Kendall Rachelle Dunlop, on a total of 21 counts of child abuse.

The couple previously was brought to court on similar charges after being accused of using children known to them in child pornography.

According to the complaint file by the AG, the Dunlops allegedly committed sexual acts in front of the children, which caused the children to imitate them. The complaint also alleges there is a witness who saw Michael Dunlop strike the kids hard enough to leave bruises. The complaint also states that the couple allegedly photographed the children nude.

The couple was arrested in April 2007 after police seized 1,700 photographs on their computer, including four photos of Kendall Rachelle Dunlop engaging in allegedly obscene acts with the minors, according to Pacific Daily News files.
