Vets with VA cards can get the flu vaccine on a drop-in basis at the Durham VA. They began yesterday and will continue for a couple of weeks. Go to the cafeteria area where a station will be setup between 8:30a-4p. They take a break for lunch between 11:30 and I think 12:30 (may be 1p).
