in light of the return to segretation
in many places - some more overt strategies than others (Wake County going to "neighborhood schools", the blatant districting in Wayne County ...), then the more "subtle" suburban schools, etc...

What are you experiencing in your neighborhoods? Is there true integretation anymore? Is there a subtle segregation? Or are there just a blatant discriminatory practices taking place that impact AA's and other minorities in the community?
