My ortho doc told me of medical breakthrough for osteoarthritis of knee!
"BioniCare Medical Technologies' BioniCare® BIO-1000™ is the first and only non-drug, non-invasive system cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for marketing in the United States for adjunctive management of pain and associated symptoms due to osteoarthritis of the knee."

My ortho told me about it and said that of the 27 patients they had on it, 26 had remarkable results. He asked if I wanted to try it...guess what I said?
From what I have heard, people are growing new cartilege with this!
Again, it is brand new on the market!

3. nice
as someone with 2 bad knees, and no wish for surgery (which I was told may not help), this would be nice.

4. Worth investigating further!
I've had surgery on both knees, certainly don't like facing the possibility of more in the future.

Thanks for the heads up!

:hi:

5. Here's another one that's supposed to be really good
I checked it out at the doctor's office. They have two other models also. One of them is supposed to work on depression, anxiety, etc. by attaching the electrodes to your earlobes.

The study results in the literature were astounding. Unfortunately, they are not covered by insurance in the US. They have been in use around the world since 1995 (figures :(

One model is on EBay "buy it now" for $895.
