1. How low can we sink?
The police state could play limbo under a snake.

2. And still, after all these years!
There remains the great yawning silence of the American people regarding the forcible institutionalization of citizens whose only crime is to be disabled. So many swear that they really care about people with disabilities, yet so few actually pay any attention.

4. that is sickening
I'm sure you've heard of the terrible US incident of the murder of Ruben Navarro. And then there is the nasty but little remarked upon truth that one Dr. Kevorkian's goals has been to normalize the use of the disabled as experimental subjects. Obviously, the US isn't letting Australia waltz away unchallenged with the prize for most disgusting treatment of disabled. While Australia has a long and hideous history of abusive institutionalization, it is sadly only a part of the larger whole in which the Nazi notion of "life unfit for life" grew to development and then, like so much else of the Third Reich, discretely slipped back into the shadows waiting to re-emerge.

5. Incorrect information
I apologize that some of the facts above are incorrect. While awaiting deletion of this item, which I have requested the Administrator to do as time is up for editing, I'd just like to say that most of the above is quite incorrect.
