It is generally well written and has a nice humor (playing a Malk is ... interesting), sometimes a little too much humor. Good voice-acting; the general game machanics are pretty much like those in DeusEx2.
My main issue story-wise was that it is entirely set in the present and does not convey any sense of immortality; I'd have liked to see the centuries fly by, especially as that would have explained the extremely powerful character one has in end-game(a two-week old 15th generation neonate kicking Elder ass is just wrong).
On the technical side there is much to be done: poor performance, extremely long and frequent loading times. Jerky and inexact controls; I have seen the gameover screen dozens of times, just because the controls stopped cooperating. The copy-protection forced my DVD-Drive out of the UDMA mode - a major pain in the ass. (why do software companies always punish the honest buyers). Also crashes galore and one quest that can't be won without cheating.
