The Suffering TTB, i need some help getting out of the Visiting Room..

i have done what the walk thru said.. Insanity mode/kill the slayer captain

/jump up in the ceiling.. but i am not getting into the ceiling..

the only suffering going on in this game is what 'I' experience...

actually it is Petty good, but i am really stuck..
