Salsa from my garden
Tomatoes Yellow Girl, Jet Star, Roma, Cherokee Purple, Brandywine and Mariglobe
Fresh Cilantro
One awesome habanero pepper
2 fresh bell peppers
Fresh garlic (from a friend)
Green Onions
Lime (from store)

I have lots .... burritos, eggs & bean burritos, and just dipping.

4. I more than doubled this mix
3 large tomatoes
1 green pepper
8 green onions
2 tablespoons of cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of jalapeno (habenero)
juice of lime
pinch salt

5. One of the best reasons for the summer garden.
I can't grow cilantro here in the summer but I do have a lime tree, so I need to buy only one ingredient too.

Salsa and gazpacho are summer favorites around here.
