Some indications in the Spring Equinox chart for the attack

or at least for the sorrow and upset that follows these kinds of things. In the Spring Equinox chart, there was a Moon Mars opposition across the horizon line in the London chart.

Natal Saturn was moving toward conjunct the Moon from 20Cancer24.

As of July 5, transiting Saturn had moved to within a one degree orb of that Moon, and by the time of the attacks this AM, the Moon had moved to 24 Cancer, stimulating the transiting Saturn, natal Moon/Saturn in the equinox chart. There are several hours until the transiting Moon Saturn conjunction is exact, while people absorb the sorrow of the day.

The DC Snipers used to attack when the Moon was within a few degrees of a hard, waxing aspect to Saturn, suggesting several hours of upset and grief each time.

The exact transiting Saturn/Equinox Moon conjunction at 29Cancer 39 will be on July 13. The next 6 days will have a sorrowful, burdened and upset energy, especially in Britain where this aspect is so strong in the Equinox chart.

I never would have thought of looking at the 2005 vernal equinox chart calculated for the latitude and longitude of London.

I cannot help but be struck by the inconjuncts, a difficult aspect related to the semi-sextile, and the involvement of Uranus, Pluto, and Lilith, the empty moon, a theoretical point of focus of the Moon's orbital ellipse nearest the apogee, and where Earth is the other focal point nearest the orbital perigee.

Now here's where it seems to get curious:
The bombing chart's Moon has just passed the conjunction with Equinox Lilith (this also means that the Moon is just beginning its "fall" toward Earth), bringing it inconjunct EPluto. 3 hours earlier, this EPluto inconjunct to BMoon was out of orb. It also appears to be about on the midpoint of ESaturn/BSaturn.

It's just a guess, but I suspect this means that while the bombers felt driven in their goals, they also wanted to remain undiscovered and likely experienced self-doubt and fear.

3. Simple Trend - I am a big user of quincunxes

Pluto on the bombing chart is 22Sag33, and has therefore moved to its exact quincinx with the Spring Equinox chart Lilith. I haven't used Lilith in years. It is good to remember to use it. Thanks.

I have found that the most potent transits and progressions are when a natal aspect, like the quincunx between Lilith and Pluto in the SE chart, moves to being exact later in time. That is when it is set off.

Look at the Inaugural chart. Natally Chiron is conjunct the Sun by 3 and half degree orb. Chiron moved to conjunct the Sun7/1 to 7/17 and we have had the Rove scandal erupt.

Natally the Sun is opposed to Saturn by a 7 degree orb. Saturn moves to oppose the Sun exactly from 7/14 to 7/22. The White House will be under seige and Bush will be under tremendous pressure through the 22nd. Something will lighten up after that, but we should remember, Bush will have Uranus opposite his Mars again and square the Inaugural Moon from roughly the 18th until 8/16. So it seems some sudden, precipitous events or actions will cause a big shift for Bush and the administration. Either a big distraction to the Rove scandal or a rupture of some kind in the scandal. Something sudden that impacts Bush and his administration that causes a seismic shift in the flow of events.

In the Rove chart, with Scorpio rising, the tertiary progressed Saturn conjunct ter prog Sun lasts til 8/22; in the Gemini chart it lasts til 8/8. So he will still be under great pressure at least through the first week of August, if not later. And other progressions and transits suggest this won't be over for quite a while though it may go on the back burner a bit until September.
