For those who don't know how to meditate . A basic meditation is to close your eyes follow the length of your breathe let any thoughts or feelings that come up be acknowledged and let go .Ex (what am I going to do after this )recognize that as a thought and let it go . The purpose is to create more peace in the world . There is a world tai chi day were people all do tai chi together to create more peace in the world but not everyone does tai chi . Meditation can be done by anyone ."

2. Sheesh

that is too funny.

This morning I goofed on the secretary for the alumni association of my boarding school.

She had sent out a notice that the deadline for the next Alumni Newsletter is next Monday the 21st of June.

I wrote her this . .

"Thank you though for putting out this effort and kindly extending the deadline to next year.
Maybe by then I'll be up to writing about my life."

She is a great old friend.

Talk about instant karma. Yikes

Guess I'm living for the future or maybe the weekend or somethin'.

4. Yeah that was entirely my initial goof.

It messed with her deadline. It awarded me great reprieve.

She thought the next Monday the 21st of June was next week. When in fact it will be next year. Then I idiodically proceeded to make the very same timeline blunder.

She generally does such a good job so it totally cracked me up.

She works for frigging Harvard. So I just had to goof on her.

Too funny really.
