I was just going to post something about mercury retrograde and Obama's retake of the flubbed oath.

So our worries about mercury retrograde interfering with the inauguration came true...but in a pretty harmless way, all things considered!

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU ARE BORN, IF YOUR PARENT IS AN AMERICAN, YOU ARE AN AMERICAN. War brides and people who are natives of where an American soldier married in the place they are posted, is often a good case. This way Americans overseas can still claim their children as citizens. according to the 20th Amendment.
However, the last paragraph of Article II, section 1 reads:
Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Accordingly, he would have the title of President as of 12 Noon but would not have the authority to execute his office until he took the oath.
That's my humble opinion.

Around noon on inauguration day?

Sorry, not familiar with astrology, really, but I remember hearing that noon Inauguration Day was not a good time to take the oath, because of something about the moon.

6. not sure - the noon thing is when he became president

the oaths are crossing the 't's' and i's - so he took the oath on Jan 20,2009 at 12:06 and again on Jan 21, 2009 at 7:35pm - so there are some mixed signals or not - if you go by the fact that no matter what he is president at noon no matter when he takes the oath - then it is noon and I have not idea where the oath times fit - kind of like a baby that is induced versus natural birth - what about that time - means there are other factors I guess - so maybe this covers all those factors

besides mercury retrograde, astrologers were hoping Obama could postpone taking the oath until after 12:31 when the moon was no longer void of course.

The second time was at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday night, the 21st.

Astrologers, what do you think? Will this change the inauguration chart? For the better?
