CNN Catches UFO on Camera during inauguration? (x-post from GD)

It comes in the right side of the frame (right over the T shaped tower) at 00:08. It moves FAST.

1. It is very fast.
Also, the air space over D.C., at least that part of D.C., must have been closed for security purposes.
I guess the ETs had to wait until we actually had a leader before they could land and ask to be taken to our leader.
