Current transit for McCain

Someone told me that McCain has his transiting Saturn conjunct Neptune opposing his natal saturn in his 6th house. She says this is a really awful transit that impacts health. I really don't know and was wondering whether anyone here is able to comment on this transit and its effect on McSame.

1. People in GDP have been commenting on his appearance lately

His left eye is drooping. Some are speculating that it was a small stroke, others think it's stress-induced Bell's palsy. I'm suspecting it's the latter.

What's always alarmed me is how pasty and yellow his complexion is. VERY unhealthy coloring.
