l really like Rescue Remedy pastilles.

The pastilles are alcohol-free and tasty. I managed to get both my parents to try the pastilles, which is something, because they have been very wary of RR in other forms.

2. I might give them a try if the alcohol starts to bother me...
since I'm using it semi-regularly now.

Thanks for the recommendation; it's nice to know that there's a non-alcohol option. :)
