Anyone heard anything about Rh negative people being a different species?
I was talking to a local healer today and mentioned that my blood type was O negative. He said that those with negative blood types were a different species than positive blood types--and, strange as this may sound, he was serious about it! He said there was a book that told that negative blood types were really from a different planet or something--reptilian in nature, and basically bad dudes, with some exceptions (myself being one of them).

Now my impression of this was -- this was really strange. But I wondered about the book -- has anyone heard of a book that says that talks about the positive and negative blood types?

1. well, I think so
I get all these things mixed up, so don't quote me. Maybe we are the only animal that has negative blood types or something? That sort of rings a bell. Then, (if so), what's the explanation? That's where a few people might speculate about extra terrestrial stuff.

This is sort of vague to me, but I have heard of it.

2. Oh bloody hell! I hope not!
I'm an O negative too and I'm pretty sure I'm not reptilian nor a bad dude(ette). I've not heard about any studies on this but that doesn't mean anything since I'm not well versed in that sort of thing.

Even if it were proven that I could shapeshift into a reptile at the wave of a syringe, I wouldn't believe it (would I?).

4. Your blood type is very rare and very valuable actually.
But it doesn't make you a separate species.

3. Nonsense.
Blood type isn't what defines species all by itself. Talk to someone with a good background in genetics and they will rest your mind on this.

14. Oh, I realize the science behind it
says it is rot. I never really thought it was a fact! But he said he'd read a book that claimed RH Negative to be a marker for people who are connected to the darker forces in the world--then he went into the Illuminati and how the royal families of Europe were all connected to it, etc, etc. I guess what got me was that anyone who I know has healing power would actually believe this and study it--it was rather like listening to Huckabee say that the earth is 6000 years old.

David Icke speaks about the bloodline but I haven't heard him say anything re: blood type. He also speaks about the shapeshifting into reptiles. (Apparently the Queen Mother was really good at that!)

5. The rough and ready definition of a species is a genetically isolated breeding population.
O negatives can breed successfully with A+, B+, AB+, O+, A-, B-, AB- and other O-'s; in fact, any combination of two types can produce viable offspring. Medical caution and possibly preventive measures are indicated, though, when an Rh- mother is carrying an Rh+ baby. There are circumstances under which some of the baby's blood can get into the mother's system, and the foreign Rh+ factor will produce an antibody cascade. If it's heavy enough, it can attack the baby and cause hemolytic anemia. (That may be where the notion of separate species comes from.) This used to result in so-called "blue babies" born with oxygen deficiency. But there are now treatments that can get mother and baby both successfully through the pregnancy.

15. That was the only thing I knew about Rh - and + too
and that makes sense. Since I long ago knew I wasn't going to have children, it wasn't a factor when I got married. In fact, we didn't even have to take a blood test.

7. Yes, I have read about Rh negative people - my son is O- and I
was trying to figure how in both families he fit in. A friend also sent an article about the same time. O- people are rare and seem to have the same charactistics - blond or red hair, blue/green/pale eyes, cold natured. The Basque area of Spain has the largest concentration of O- people.

Here's an aside to this: Nicholas de Vere (I think that the authors name) says that O- people actually come from a Fairy race old kingship lines. What is interesting in reading the book is, what if the Fairy Tales are true, that there really was a race of Fairy's (but not negative in stealing children, or other horrors) that families like the Merovingian's decended from?

Interesting read (and yes, my son is blond is green eyed)

17. Thanks for this information
I have bluish eyes that change color from green to blue to grey depending upon what I'm wearing. I was born with red hair which changed to blond which changed to light brown when I hit puberty. Cold natured? I'm the poster child for cold natured! Interesting that the Basque area has the highest concentration--I have no Basque ancestors as far as I know, and I've done genealogical research for 30 years. Don't know about the fairy race, but like most people of Northern European descent, I have a few kings and queens and Viking raiders in my background.

53. Another O- checking in
Hair dark brown (or was, gray now), eyes hazel with a lot of green, skin very fair. I do know that O- is the universal blood donor - we can donate blood to any blood type but only receive blood from other O negatives. Wouldn't call myself reptilian, although I don't have a visceral fear of snakes.

but have you looked in a mirror lately?

I'm just relieved you're one of the good ones.

Lol! I think if someone said that to me I'd bust out laughing uncontrollably and flick my tongue at them! Then I'd slither away. The only correlation between me and my blood type is that it seemed to have been a determining factor in my grade point average. (I'll leave you to figure out which one..)

The only blood-type analogy I've seen is in the diet book, Eat Right For Your Blood Type. I don't think they mention anything reptilian, except perhaps a meal of boiled frog legs.

On edit: Oh, here we go. A quick search on reptilian blood type brought up several sites like this:

I've read the diet book about eat for your blood type. Don't agree with their conclusion that Type Os shouldn't eat cheese. Blood type determining GPA? Fascinating. 9. There are a few other theories ..
I'm just posting for your review. I don't have an opinion.

>>
Blood type 'O' is the most common. Blood type 'A' is next, and blood type 'B' is after that. Blood type 'AB' is the least common. It is very rare for even as many as 10 percent of a population to be of blood type 'AB'. When we seperate the types into 'negative' and 'positive' we find that 'O' negative (the universal donor blood) constitutes less than 7% of the world's population. Science at this very time is attempting to make the recipe for rh negative 'O' blood, but without success. The protein in positive blood can be cloned, but not so of the negative blood - which is quite interesting. If the rh negative factor does not derive from any known earthly link - from where did it originate? Perhaps Zechariah Sitchen would be able to tell us. He would no doubt say it is from the 'gods'. What the big boys say is that the rh-negative factor is a mutation of unknown origin which happened a few thousand years ago. These 'negative' blooded people spread heavily into the area of what is now Spain, England, Ireland, France and later into America, Canada and Australia. A faction of 'O' negative people can be found amongst the Basque peoples. They contain the largest concentration of known 'O' negative blooded people today because, they for the most part, have confined themselves to one area, whereas the Celtic people have branched out among all the new world.

It is evident that Adam and Eve had rhnegative blood - the type would have to be 'O', because Adam was created perfect and that would mean the 'purest' blood. Eve would definitely have the same blood as well. Eve's 'sin' was committing adultry with an 'outsider' (yes there were other humans on the earth when Adam and Eve were placed here). Eve's sin resulted in the birth of Cain - with positive blood - his father perhaps a Blackfoot Indian with 'A' positive type blood (see chart above). Descendants of Cain were sent out from Adam and Eve into the land of 'Nod' - (America?). Or maybe Cain's father was a 'Lapp' who again had A+ blood. Cain's family were sent into 'Nod' which could mean the extreme north - a good place to send Cain, and America wouldn't be much of a punishment. The Blackfoot Indians do have the highest concentration of 'A' blood, however. The descendants of Cain would have confined themselves from the outside races of people because they were 'marked' in some way and were fearful of death if they ventured out into the world.

...

There are certain similairites that occur to those having rh negative blood - according to some who have it there are common patterns found, which include the following:

1. predominance of green or hazel eyes that change color like a chameleon, but also blue eyes

2. true red or reddish hair

3. low pulse rate

4. low blood pressure

5. keen sight or hearing

6. ESP

7. extra rib or vertabrae

8. UFO connections

9. love of space and science

10. a sense of not belonging to the human race

11. piercing eyes

12. para-normal occurrences

13. physic dreams

14. truth seekers

15. desire for higher wisdom 16. empathetic illnesses 17. deep compassion for fate of mankind

18. a sense of a 'mission' in life

19. physic abilities

20. unexplained scars on body

21. capability to disrupt electrical appliances

22. alien contacts

12. Hey babe, what's your blood type?
Edited on Thu Feb-28-08 03:13 AM by Dover
There is a popular belief in Japan that a person's ABO blood type or ketsueki-gata (血液型, ketsueki-gata?) is predictive of their personality, temperament, and compatibility with others, similar to the Western world's astrology. This belief has carried over to some extent in other parts of East Asia such as South Korea.<1> Type A blood is the most common in Japan at about 40%.<1>

Ultimately deriving from ideas of historical scientific racism, the popular belief originates with publications by Masahiko Nomi in the 1970s. The scientific community dismisses such beliefs as superstition or pseudoscience.<1>

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_blood_type_theory...

Did you know?

- Blood type is inherited, just like eye color.
- Certain blood types are more common in certain countries. In China, over 99% of the population has Rh+ blood.
- Different kinds of animals have different kinds of blood. Dogs have 4 blood types; cats have 11; cows have about 800.
- Some people think blood type tells about personality. Legend has it that Type A is calm and trustworthy; Type B is creative and excitable; Type AB is thoughtful and emotional; and Type O is a confident leader.
- In Japan, the idea of blood type as personality type is so popular that Japanese ask What's your blood type? about as often as Americans ask What's your sign?

Blood Type Trivia -

Mar. 18, 1985

There is no coat of arms on the flask, but somewhere in one of Britain's hospitals a convalescent patient has some of the world's most exclusive blood flowing through his or her veins. The regal donor of the precious stuff was Prince Charles, 36, who has become the first member of the royal family ever to give blood, in his case, O Rh-negative. The unprecedented puncturing of royalty was to reassure Britons after a nationwide scare about AIDS caused a drop in donations. At the North London Transfusion Center, the Prince was asked whether he was homosexual, injected drugs into his veins or had had sex with anyone in those two groups. After those regulation indignities (and his negative answers), he had an apprehensive question of his own: "Is it going to hurt?" When the pint was finally drawn, Charles pretended to apologize because his blood was not blue: "I'm afraid it's red like anyone else's." Fancy that.
(best evidence yet for the reptilian theory?)

NOTE: Recent Blood research indicates that where, at one time, a person with type O negative Blood was considered to be a 'universal donor,' this may no longer be correct, because of a better understanding of the complex issues of immune reactions related to incompatible donor Blood cells.

More trivia, population maps, etc. >

54. "capability to disrupt electrical appliances"
I'm O- and when I'm tense (usually when I've had to deal with minutia) I feel electrical impulses shooting down my arms and out my fingertips. At one time my husband's avocation was studio pottery, and one day, when I was feeling totally electrified, a casserole exploded when I walked past it. Didn't touch it but was only inches away from it. I'm sure it had a defect but am also sure that my electrical impulses contributed.

If I recall correctly it had stories of people with past life memories of different aliens crashing on earth and intermarrying with the locals. My Grandmother got a kick out of it because she had so many of the characteristics on the checklist such as rare blood type, extra rib, low but normal for her blood pressure and body temp. Personally I doubt this is so and especially what that person described. I do admit a certain fondness for the zacharia sitchin books. At least they add to the variety of creation myths out there to pick and choose among.

37. I really am amazed at who and how many consider themselves 'healers'.

I've felt that 'yuck' feeling too.
In fact, I'm disappointed much more often than I am enlightened by the experience of those I've run into that call themselves 'healers' and 'shaman'. Many are sincere, but just ......... lost and/or unprepared for that role. The whole thing can be very seductive for the ego too.
It's a murky path and many get lost for awhile....others for a lifetime.

That's why it's so important for us to know ourselves and work on opening our own channels to the Divine and to our inner guidance rather than relying too much on other's connections. Their connection and gifts may be very good and legit, and helpful too, but we should never disregard our own. If we don't do that the world is just going to get more confusing for us and we'll forget who we are in favor of living someone else's reality that seems more together than our own, more clearly defined, etc. There are no shortcuts. We just need to keep plodding along in faith.

I don't claim to be a healer, nor do I want to be one. I just want to BE. That being said, there have been times I have been of service to others in a healing capacity. But it really meant I was just helping them see beyond their own barriers within themselves so that they could heal themselves.

23. Another O- here. I read the Dr. D'Adamo's book on Eat Right
4 Your Type. He says in there that Type O was the original blood type and that over time we have evolved and adapted to our environment. Which has caused the different blood types. There is alot of research in his book about what foods you should eat, what exercises are best and what diseases the different blood types are prone to.

I don't have green eyes, but blue. Low BP, yes. I don't think I am a reptile, but am a pisces, so I guess close in the family.

34. Lovely....a reptilian family reunion!
Well, I suppose you will all fare better than most as the climate heats up, while the rest of us move underground. Anybody have any blood to spare for a transfusion? I'm feeling a little warm.

35. There's the whole interbreeding thing to consider
animals of separate species cannot interbreed.

40. Some can, but their offspring are infertile.
Plenty of +/- couples have grandchildren, so there goes that theory.

41. Type O Negative is a great band
Now I've got their cover of "Summer Breeze" stuck in my head.

That guy sounds way too bigoted to be a healer. You're probably better off moving on, or at least taking what he says with several grains of salt.

44. This reptile thing is really getting out of hand
honestly. My mother is O neg and my father A pos. I and my sister are A pos and my brother O neg. Does that mean I am half reptilian? It's like this palm reader at a psychic fair told me I was from Atlantis because the lines on my palm made an "A". I haven't seen anyone who didn't have a stylized A on it. How is she sure it doesn't mean "American" or is that just not esoteric enough? Btw, mom, and all of us kids are blond, fair skinned, blue eyed, my Dad was dark haired and blue eyed. Mom's heritage is German, Dad's Irish/English/German.

52. I haven't heard the Atlantean thing
I did have one palm reader, a good friend of mine who is my Reiki Master's Reiki Master, tell me that the A-M "sigil" on my palm meant that I'm an Ascended Master. I don't know what to make of that.

51. I'm O- and I think that "healer" is full of Ickesian crap
Edited on Fri Feb-29-08 08:27 PM by Chovexani
I hesitate to say anything, because I don't like talking about being otherkin (I know it sounds nuts to the average person, even among open-minded spiritual types, so I am quiet about it). I do know some reptile-identified folks and they're no more evil than your average run of the mill human. One of the reasons I can't stand Ickes and his fevered hallucinations is it makes things harder for the reptile-identified folks I know. I think only people who are completely out of touch with the natural world put moral judgments on animal traits. There is good and bad in everything.

I WOULD be interested to see if O- is common among the otherkin community, though.
