UFO sighting at O'hare International

I just finished reading "Voices of the Universe" by Suzanne Ward earlier this week and know many people are fans, so I thought this may be an appropriate place to post this message:

I'm an employee for a major airline at ORD and received a radio call from an employee concerning a flying object around his gate. I JUST finished reading Ward's book, so am really interested in such things. Anyway, I ran outside to see a dark metallic oval shaped disk hovering over the gate. I pointed it out to a colleague who agreed he hadn't seen anything like it before. I confirmed the sighting to our operations center and after about a minute, it zipped to the east and disappeared.

I drove over to the gate and the employees stated the object was rotating and looked like a metallic frisbee about 500-1000 feet directly above them. To make this even more interesting, nobody really looks directly up in our dangerous environment, but the employee said he felt compelled to look up for some unknown reason. The ceiling at the time was OVC 1900 ft. Our operations center was contacted and the pilots of the aircraft at the gate were notified and they too witnessed the object by opening the front windows and looking for themselves. 10-15 people witnessed this UFO and of all people, airline employees know what an airplane or helicopter looks like!

The FAA was contacted and there were no radar blips. A few of our employees were upset about this sighting, but were not afraid. They just had trouble accepting what they just saw and exactly what it means.

What do you think these displays are for? Why over the world's busiest airport in daylight of all places? Your thoughts?

Was 2 airplanes clipped, but no injuries or anything that should attract much attention. It was above a B737 waiting to depart for Charlotte, NC.

but I believe we have an obligation to restore life there. Watched in horror as a beautiful people with a history we can never understand have been destroyed and humiliated. I love our troops. But they are on the wrong mission. To humilate a beautiful people in my name? That's not why I pay their salary.

Brief rundown, which I claim no opinion ..

There are rumors that the next calamity that the powers that be have planned are a staged invasion.

Chicago OHare UFO Report

Ok I have been hesitant about talking about this, but after hearing the report on Coast to Coast AM with Mr. Norey I can not be silent. I work for a major airline at OHare, I am a taxi mechanic. I have the job responsibilty of moving aircraft under there own power from gate to gate or the hangar complex for maintenance. We also accomplish the engine run-up testing needed. So I hope that does something for establishing a little of credibility for my report. I am still in absolute wonder and amazement at what I saw that afternoon.

Around 1630 a pilot made a comment on the radio about a circle or disc shapped object hovering over gate C-17 at the C concourse in Chicago. At frist we laughed to each other and then the same pilot said again on the radio that is was about 700feet agl (above ground level). The day was overcast with the ceiling being reported at 1600 feet if I remember correctly. I was taxing a Boeing 777 from the Intl Terminal to the Company Hanger on the North side of the Airport. As we passed the C Terminal on the Alpha taxiway we observed a dark gray hazy round object hovering over OHare Intl Airport. Is was definately over the C Terminal. It was holding very steady and appeared to be trying to stay close to the cloud cover. The radio irrupted with chatter about the object and the ATC controler that was handling ground traffic made a few smart comments about the alleged UFO siting above the C terminal.

We had to contiune moving the aircraft to the hangar. After parking I noticed the craft of no longer there but there was an almost perfect circle in the cloud layer were the craft had been. The hole disappeared a few minutes later.

For the rest of the night there were jokes made on the radio about the siting.

Nothing. Nothing!! Remember what happened with the Phoenix lights? Tens of thousands of people saw them. It was reported in Phoenix but nowhere else for something like FIVE MONTHS. Then USA Today did a story and others followed suit. Very telling on our controlled, "politically correct" media.

I believe that this is real. Why would a group of people lie?

In addition, the statements made by government officials and United--are
ridiculous. Weather balloon? Why would a weather balloon be anywhere near
one of our nation's busiest airports?

You asked about the reason for these displays. I imagine, if there is
life on other planets, that they are slowly revealing themselves in small
doses. If I was from another planet, I wouldn't arrive on Earth and announce
myself in one fell swoop. I'd slowly reveal the reality.

After all, look what happened to ET. ;)

Maybe someone or something is feeling that it's time to intervene, and save us

41. What gets me is no one is taking this seriously

I read about this today in the 1/1/07 Tribune. How can 10 or so airport workers see this and no one is investigating? If this happened in November, why is it first in the papers now?

I believe it. It can't be explained as a weather balloon. Who the hell would put up a weather balloon at O'Hare?

As far as over O'Hare , why not? I saw one once many years a back driving out West around Utah. Why Utah, why O'Hare, etc . Why not? I don't think it is displays as much as perhaps data or info collection.

46. I've seen several sightings in my life.

Also two of my friends have seen more than just sightings.

I don't need to go into details. I can say that what I saw was not natural phenomenon. One of the friends saw only the evidence left afterwards, and noise, which was further supported by a sighting of his airline pilot neighbor. And the other friend got color photos, in focus, of a craft over Stanford university back in the early 60's. This was so detailed you could see everything. He described the experience to me. And it was even published in papers and given to some group of scientists.

They exist. It's pretty damned exciting.
