Please help...

For the past few nights I go to sleep and sleep deeply. I can't remember anything when I wake, but I feel exhausted. My eyes are tired (I've got double bags).

It is really unusual... I always have dreams. I haven't had any that I can recall in the past week. My body is tired. I feel like I've been up for days, even though I sleep.

And for the past 3 days I feel like something is happening...Something is coming. Not for me or anyone in my family. Just that something is happening--an evil thing. Not a loving thing. Its like all the trees are screaming it, and all the bushes are pointing at it....

1. Major hugs to you pooja. It's adrenal fatigue & the elections

being right around the corner. I don't dwell on it, what will be is necessary for the better changes ahead, JMO, of course. Stay positive, make sure you are eating right & get some vitamins. A little meditation might help.

View The Secret if you haven't already & be grateful for all that is good in your life. Whatever the days ahead bring, remember to stay positive, and see that major changes sometimes require a major awakening.

I have seen this video. Its great. I didn't like the materialism of it... but I suppose some wish for wealth. I wish for comfortable home with warm baked goods and children's laughter.

But aside from that... I feel very off. Maybe it is just stress. But something tells me different. I am a stress queen... I operate very well under stress (don't ask me why). I suppose then its not such a stress to me. Just seemingly stressful situations are easy for me to handle. If anything it makes others calm and the whole situation less stressful.

Anyway, I'm going to bake some bread this afternoon, clean my house, and take a nice, hot, candle-lit bath.

I guess if anyone has some energy to spare (little of that lately to go around), please send it my way. I would like to sleep peacefully and have a dream again. I'm a little lost without my good nights rest.

And the feeling like something is coming, its like the feeling you get when you know your child has just woke up in the middle of the night. Its there and unexplained.

3. Baking bread is a wonderful thing...the smell of it in your house,

the nourishment for those you share it with...I understand your feelings.

Read Votesomemore's thread on Intender's Bridge, it's there to lift us all up. We share the same desires, and it can be hard to wash away fears, but it is necessary. I'd be willing to bet you will find yourself soaring when you let go of fears, stress drains, no matter how well you can do under it.

I think that candle-lit bath sounds great...think I'll be doing the same later this evening.

5. Mercury & Neptune are both changing direction

today and tomorrow respectively and outer most planets doing stations often result in sluggishness.

Neptune and the Moon both have influence on the dream state.

If it doesn't pass in 2-3 days post again and till then just try to take it easy.

7. I'm feeling 10 times better. My eyes don't hurt.

I feel rested. I know I dreamt (don't recall what it was, but I know I did)... And its a beautiful day here today.
