"Emotional Freedom Technique-EFT" Has anyone tried it?

The website: www.emofree.com is just great. Free EFT Basic Manual to download, plus case histories on every Body/Mind/Emotional and Spiritually successful healing imaginable.

It is an energy technique that uses tapping: 1. Top of head--2. Beginning of eyebrow--3. End of eyebrow
4. Under eye--5. Under nose--6. Under lower lip--7. Go to V at base of neck on collar bone and then 1 inch (right or left) under collar bone to slight indentation-tap there--8. Lastly, on side at bra strap area.

With all tapping, right or left does not matter.

As one taps (# of taps does not matter)--say a Healing Statement that comes to mind re the emotional or physical etc. condition you are experiencing.

This balances all 'out of balance' energy on every level. It is like acupuncture w/ the fingertips that balances all of the body's MERIDIANS!! It is awesome and spectacularly effective.

During this time so many of us are Angry, Depressed, Physically out of sorts re the state of our America and the world. This technique in a few short minutes can and does

1. I did something similar to this with a chiropractor to which I used to...

go. It didn't use all of the spots that are stated here, though. (I think that it was just on the top of the head, although it was about 5 years ago, so I don't remember completely.)

I had a friend who learned something similar to this, with the tapping and rewiring with positive statements, but I'm going to give this a try. Thank you for sharing!

4. I've tried this. I went to a therapist who uses this technique.

My problem was anxiety attacks. The EFT did alleviate the symptoms, but I am still working on some of the underlying causes.
