Any Silva Method Graduates?

My parents took me to Silva classes repeatedly when I was 10-13. I continued to practice their meditation for several years, and am only now just getting back into it. If nothing else, Jose Silva has taught countless thousands of people to meditate at a level that most people can barely imagine. And the basic method is available free over the internet, complete with audio (you have to sign up):

I dated a Silva instructor in the 1980's, and needless to say, he influenced my thinking to a considerable degree! I took both the first Silva class, and the advanced class, and learned a great deal!

I still have my card and it was decades ago that I took the training.

Question for others: did it rock your world like it did mine?

Almost immediately, I began having psychic flashes and I could see the future in a fraction of a second. I began answering the phone by greeting the person with their name--and this was before caller ID.

During the last part of the training, where we did healing practice, I could sink right into whatever the health problem was that the person wrote about. I could literally "feel" it.

Over the years, I have been "on and off" with meditating. I find that whenever I engage in it, synchronicities start happening and my life takes on a very fortuitous quality. Luck and coincidences abound. My life's sort of like that anyway but going to my levels seems to expand it significantly.

8. Wow

It did rock my world, but I think I was too young to fully appreciate it for what it was at the time. Getting back into it over 25 years later, it has been like deja vu all over again. I told my mother yesterday that it was the best gift she ever gave me.

I just received new copies of the alpha and theta tapes last week, and it's so wonderful to go back to level. I hadn't realized how greatly I missed it. I must admit, I was never terribly interested in some of the psychic aspects of it (except for remote healing, which is something everyone should study). I like the deep, deep relaxation and overall health, happiness and well being it can bring forth in me. I feel myself growing as a person every time I practice.

You have me thinking I need to give this gift to my daughter now. She recently ingested the Koolaid and once more, Bush is dividing something else...my daughter from me.
