A lot of the signs at Occupy Wall Street refer to us as the 99%
Unemployment benefits ran out at 99 weeks and not extended.

It just struck me today that the same number appeared so prominently in the news so I got out my Angel Numbers book.

Doreen Virtue said this about 99:
The spirit has an urgent message for you:
"Get to work on your Divine life purpose now." Ask the spirit world to help you with motivation, clarity. direction, and anything else you need.

1. I love using the 99%

As long as we are going to be pitted against one another, I love the idea of using that...... The 99% is so very inclusive, because even the teabaggers are in the group. It also brings up inequitable tax policies. I hope that phrase catches on even more.

I was heartened to hear that the motorists crossing the bridge were honking in approval at the protestors. They are part of the 99%. Mayor Bloomberg must not have a very high IQ, or good judgment. He is shooting himself in the foot the way he is handling it. He should be down there meeting people, shaking hands with the leaders, and encouraging continued non violence. He is acting like an asshole without much pushback from the protestors. Hopefully they will stay non violent. Have you been tempted to check out the protests? I would be tempted to go with my camera. I read that the girl that was pepper sprayed was a Parsons School of Design photography student, just attempting to do her work.

I don't know much about numerology, but there may some synchronicities there.

has made a big contribution to the NYPD. Irony? Cozy.

New York City Police Foundation — New York

JPMorgan Chase recently donated an unprecedented $4.6 million to the New York City Police Foundation. The gift was the largest in the history of the foundation and will enable the New York City Police Department to strengthen security in the Big Apple. The money will pay for 1,000 new patrol car laptops, as well as security monitoring software in the NYPD's main data center.

New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly sent CEO and Chairman Jamie Dimon a note expressing "profound gratitude" for the company's donation.

"These officers put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe," Dimon said. "We're incredibly proud to help them build this program and let them know how much we value their hard work."
