Humanity Healing Network: "Survival Guide to Energy Shifts During Eclipses"
I'm really bad about posting links to things without having read them or checked things out in their entirety. I have every intention of getting to things eventually. ;)

But when something seems of interest, I want to pass it along, and I know you'll use your own discernment.

I belong to Humanity Healing Network and get periodic emails. An email just came through and, while I haven't read the free e-book in question, I though I'd share the info here in case anyone is interested. I've copied and pasted below. :)

******

There are few astronomical phenomena that are as exciting to the human mind as an eclipse. In Karmic astrology, the lunar nodes are seen as the connections or invisible threads between the Soul and its numerous past lives. In working with the energies surges of an Eclipse, some caution should be observed.

Keep in mind that an eclipse is always a planetary cleansing process on a major scale, as well as an opportunity for a heavy duty Karma clearance on a personal level.

Humanity Healing is offering a free e-book on working with the energies of an eclipse, Eclipses and Energy Shifts: A Survival Guide to Energy Shifts During Eclipses.

Please visit: http://humanityhealing.net/2009/07/eclipses-and-energy-shifts/

Tomorrow's eclipse will happen in Cancer, reaching deep into our collections of memories, our family issues, house, and our sense of survival. Below we are giving some guidelines in how to keep the energetic template clean and upgraded to be able to endure this shift...

The eclipse at the end of the week, Sunday, July 11 at 19:24 Cancer is a releasing and healing eclipse. It is time to release and heal. Let it go. Uncurl your fingers from it. Let it flow away from you. Often under this eclipse, new opportunities arrive in your life to heal old wounds or release them and their energy into the ethers.

Thank you for the link, OGR. I'm going to take a look at it asap. I'm trying not to wrap too much hope around this eclipse...but I keep hoping for some big breakthrough... It's taking place less than 1 degree after the start of my 11th house. It's also very close to my Uranus and south node...

3. I have had an amazing thing happen this morning... speaking of healing
Maybe this is related to the eclipse? I have had an ongoing heel pain since I started a walking routine in May. Heel bruise, plantar fa... whatever that is called is what it became. Been treating it with better shoes and anti-inflammatory stuff along with stretching, icing and arnica rubs. Yesterday was pretty annoyed and disappointed that it hurt as much after my walk with a 5 day hiatus as it did when I first started addressing it in late May.

This morning, woke up and no pain. Amazing. Stretched before my walk and took my regular walk... a little twinge here and there but no throbbing pain like it has been... Whatever it is, am grateful that it's not happening today. :)

4. Sweeeeeeet :)

I desperately need new walking shoes. I awoke with pain in my feet, so I resonated with your post right away. I'm so glad you don't have pain today! Yay!!!

5. Took my shower and a twinge returned... not pain
but it has gone with a little arnica applied. I am tentatively optimistic... and if I thought I could do it without the pain returning, would jump for joy. Will see what the day brings... :)

6. Hi Rose! I too suffer from plantar fasciitis
in fact, I didn't stop when my body told me and actually ruptured the fascia during a 5K. That's a story for another day....I'm still recovering and in a fair amount of discomfort, 8 weeks later.

While I'm healing (and sidelines from running), I've done loads of reading on plantar fasciitis. The number one thing that helps? Rest. Its really hard to rest though, especially when you've made progress and are in the habit of feeling great and being active. Sometimes it can take weeks or months to heal. Doesn't that stink?! But if yours is manageable, keep on doing what you're doing and also get a tennis ball and roll it under your foot several times a day. Icing is good, but alternate it with heat. The inflammatory process can actually help healing along, and when you ice it it stops that process. In addition, the heat increases blood flow. That fascia isn't very vascular and can take a long time to heal. Also, are you stretching your calves and hamstrings? Its all one big chain, and if those are tight it can pull on the fascia as well.

Sorry for the book :) I just can relate so much to what you are going through.

7. No, this was helpful - not a 'book' at all...
I wore the wrong shoes this morning (too flat) so I discovered that it has not completely miraculously disappeared. Put on better shoes when I got home just now and the pain has gone away again. Lesson learned. Overall I have been walking less and when walking, am careful not to clip along as fast as I was before so that has helped too. But still, so much much better than it was yesterday when it hurt all day despite two doses of advil, arnica rubbing and proper shoe wearing. I am grateful for whatever precipitated this change. Just yay all around. :)

Went and bought an arch support wrap for the troubled foot too. Have high arches and perhaps this will help.
