2. Just had a conversation today

with a nice but very conservative grandma picking up her granddaughter at school. We got to talking about utilities, which led to talk about the oil spill. She said she's been seriously considering going with wind power. Now, she's fed up because the oil issues are hitting her in the wallet, and I was lamenting the harm done to the planet, but whatever. What mattered was we were on the same page, despite the differences that got us there--being fed up.

I heard Obama admitting Peak Oil, and that the Oil Co's don't have a grip on the industry, basically a vote of no confidence for oil...and he reiterated the need for new technology and clean energy alternatives and a clean grid...however, he also said we are stil years away from that (unless the shift brings forth NEW shocking technology...breakthrough anyone?)

I also find it really awesome he said "I came from Hawaii, the ocean is Sacred..." he knows it hurts us all...

and there was just a 7.6 quake in Australia Islands...
hmmm...near the MU and Lemuria area....
and with Mother Earth saying she has to balance out the pressures of the oil release...

I know this may seem like a dumb question, but here goes.

Does this make a difference if we don't have Uranus in Aries?!?!? From looking over a current chart I don't seem to have Uranus in Aries. My Uranus appears to be in Cancer.

So, Would this have any effect on whether or not I used manifestations during this time and whether or not they would likely manifest?!?!?

one/twelfth of all people do not have Uranus in Aries.
It doesn't matter where Uranus was when you were born.
It goes into Aries for all 6 Billion of us tonight which means that it will TRIGGER, awaken, and challenge that part of the chart where 0 Aries is. This has been covered completely in posts over the past few weeks.

Like most people, my houses are intercepted (is that the correct term?) and do not start at zero degrees of anything.
Zero degrees Aries is in the second half of my sixth house. Why should Uranus's entry into Aries make any difference to people with intercepted houses? After all, Aries has already been in that same house for most people for some time.

An intercepted house is a house that includes the entirety of one or more signs.
Such as: the first house goes from 5 Aries to 29 Aries, the second house goes from 29 Aries to 3 Gemini.
Therefore, no house intercepts the sign of Taurus anywhere, or it's opposite Scorpio. The second HOUSE is intercepted.


Ignore intercepted houses for now; they are not relevant.

A COMPLETELY different story...

Even though Uranus may have been in house "A" for long time, it's been IN PISCES. Now, tonight, it goes into Aries, a completely wild new energy. Even so, it remains in the same house. It's effect is greatly changed by virtue of being in the sign Aries. 29 Pisces, 0 Aries, 1 Aries, all lie in your 6th house.

Uranus is entering a new zodiac. The houses are permanently etched off from one degree of the zodiac to another.

In your reference, "Like most people, my houses are intercepted (is that the correct term?) and do not start at zero degrees of anything. Zero degrees Aries is in the second half of my sixth house."

What you are referring to as "intercepted" is not correct. Aries occupies the second half of your sixth and always will. Therefore, 0 Aries is in your sixth. the 6th will start to entertain BRAND NEW ENERGY BECAUSE Uranus is entering a new SIGN (not a new house)
within that house.

Your statement: "After all, Aries has already been in that same house for most people for some time." is a bit off.
Aries WILL ALWAYS be partially in that house, but as the planets move through the zodiac, the planets will enter and exit the houses.

Obama's second house goes from 25 Pisces 55 to 0 Taurus 18

The 0 point of Aries falls in his second house.

Uranus entered his first house about 2000. It went into Pisces 3/10/03
It enters Aries tonight indicated by that red "Aries" symbol inside that is marked 00 00.
Don't confuse it: Planets move thru the zodiac, Uranus 7 years per sign. Houses are of various sizes depending on lattitudes, tilt of the earth etc.

The key is on the OUTER BELT, note the line between Pisces and Aries. That is where Uranus crosses du soir.

I just started hurting like gangbusters in the area due for surgery about an hour ago, like a voodoo skewer in my side... ouch!

and the whole work thing looks really wierd since I am basically going to be in bed for 2 weeks...and nobody seems to get that, still have assignments due (before 6/7...ack!)

TCM channel is showing a documentary that is very close to my heart, as well as H20 man's heart. It is concerning NA Leonard Peltier's trial. It's called "Incident at Oglala" It's on right now as I write @12:27 PM EDT. I am beginning to be able to step back and see the forest through the tree's at this point. It's all about "us" as a combined whole, and not individually for the most part. Obama spoke truth to power today regarding his responsibility for the oil spill and damaging the SACRED ocean waters. The civil rights of gays in the military, peoples eyes being opened to truths being exposed to the light, and people like John McCain being shown to the country as the opportunists that they are. "True colors" are going to be shining through, and hypocrisy exposed for all to see!!

I have been a basket case since about 8:45PM last night. I got so mad at my husband driving home from somewhere that I was speeding the car in a residential neighborhood. And it was over something he said about the OIL SPILL that he heard from the right wing, that he thought was funny :grr:. I have also been nuts today for assorted reasons.

58. A couple of things happened "out of the blue" yesterday....

so much so that my DH (who is interested and open to astrology but not a student) called and said, "Hey, you better check and see what the stars are saying because this is just weird." :) He had two big business opportunities appear out of the blue, one of which had sort of been "declared dead." Where is Uranus transiting for him? His 2nd house.

And I have been pondering a career-broadening training but had sort of backed off lately, thinking about the expense, being away from home for awhile, etc. Then yesterday, I got a flyer in the mail for a training on that very subject that I'd never seen before. Uranus is transiting my 10th. Interesting huh?

Overall, I'm excited about this energy waking people up and facilitating some real change. Hang on, Robin-- Bat Turn! :)

61. The only thing that happened out of the blue

for me yesterday, which may not be anything...

The Scorp e-mailed me (not unusual, we talk all the time) but he asked me after office hours if I knew how to do something on the computer that was work related. It's not in my realm of expertise (in fact, it's something I hate to do) but I do know how and told him I'd take a stab at it next week.

So the unusual part is what he asked me to do. Completely out of left field and unexpected. My boss has much more experience at this, so I'm not sure why the Scorp asked me to do it -- it's not even part of my job description. (Maybe it was just an excuse to touch base with me. But we've never worked on a "project" together, so that may be fun.)

Anyway, just thought I'd note this for reference.

(...and on edit, today we talked...he's helping me spec a new computer system. It's going to cost me 2x more than I had hoped. Surprise!)

64. Okay. DH had a job interview yesterday

which essentially came out of the blue. I know the guy's wife who recommended him for the job, which was very amusing to the interviewer.

"So, you've never met _____?"
"Uh, no. Our wives know each other."

The other thing that's going on is the fact I am having some very big problems sleeping. Typically, I hit the bed and conk out for 8-9 hours. Not right now. It's a couple of hours sleep, then I'm awake, and can't fall asleep till 3-4 a.m. Maybe I'm just getting older. ;-)

I hope for good things for the members of ASAH in the meantime.

65. my computer crashed...

It froze up yesterday morning, I just shut it off at the swuitch and i guess it fried itself... it is still a toss up whether or not any of the data is even recoverable...pictures of the kids, webdesigns, countless graphics, argh!

I am borrowing my teenage son;s computer for an assignment tomorrow, and hopefully my mom can help me get a new laptop soon...
(and the teen has the tummy flu and managed to barf all over the thing last night, so it kinda smells no matter what i do :( ewww)

so ya, what's up with that, especially since I am supposed to be starting a new newspaper venture..online!

surgery in a week (6/7 jupiter's entrance), and no, I am not nervous...making sure i take all kind of spiritual and holistic preventative measures, breathing exercises and all...

And the guy I kind of like from my meditation class has recently moved into my neighborhood, right around the corner...(and he is going to be coming over to hang out and check on me while I am laid up, play monopoly etc). My current walking 'loop' takes me right by his place, so I got to hang out on the front porch and chat and meet his roommate today...very cool :)

good and bad and weird all happening at the same time... for sure|!!!
