Why aren't these being put out on the airwaves more? If people saw these kinds of photos, they'd have to support the Hubble! They are breathtaking!

I used to get the Hubble Image of the Day emailed to me.
The have thousands of pictures. Also wallpaper, movies and tours.
There is so little wonder in our everyday lives, this is exactly what I need at the end of a long day.
It makes me realize how small I am and puts my puny little problems in perspective.

beautiful! How in the hell can the white house justify throwing the Hubble away (for peanuts compared to what they have pissed away in Iraq) when it brings the heavens so much closer?

beauty.
Their goal is the corporatization of the world, and most likely, the stars as well.
Unless it can make them money, it has no value.
They remind me of land developers, just bigger and more evil.
