Do your cats go nuts when Bush is on TV?
Mine do:

Poor cats, I even tried catnip, it didn't work.

2. See now, that's just animal abuse
how can you let them look at that idiot! ;-)

My cats have never seen * on TV (mom would hurl things at the TV when he came on). But they did seem to like Kerry:

7. Obviously I spend too much time at home
Actually, I run my business out of my home, and the digital camera is always close at hand, so I have LOTS of kitty photos!

It's funny-I hardly ever turn on that behemoth of a TV unless guests want to watch a DVD, so the cats don't quite know what to think of it. When Kerry spoke at the DNC convention, they seemed to think he was a guest who had come to visit! Puck even pawed at his face a few times-she didn't understand why he hadn't noticed her, and she wanted him to play, dammit! It was too cute!

3. I am sure glad your two cats have each other!
For your sake and your furnitures'.

My wife and I love these action shots! So classic.... that raised paw and those outward ears! Classic "let's tangle" cat!

5. Actually Pad Thai was wound up last night
Edited on Fri Apr-29-05 06:29 AM by demnan
for a number of reasons. One of which is that I came home late, was absorbed in re-setting up the computer and he didn't get as much outdoors time as he wanted.

Sometimes I don't know for sure if they are really fighting or just playing. I'm not sure they know either.

I do make sure their nails are clipped so that no harm can be done.

6. My friend's 5 year old says W looks like an evil elf.
Are cats and elves natural enemies?

8. I'm Crazy about Your Kittie Pics
Funny, I react the same way when Chimpy is on TV. :-)

I just love all the pictures you post of your kitties as well as the blogs.

I love Lily's ears - I call them "wings" when they are back like that.

Guess Pad Thai needs some time outside to release pent up energy.

:hippie:

12. Thank you
Yes Paddy has some pent up energy, I was really ignoring him last night (got my computer back from the shop and came home late) He counts on a little quality time from me.

11. I think he looked that way
Edited on Fri Apr-29-05 11:18 AM by demnan
because he was closer to me when I took the picture, plus Lily was lying down. He really is longer but not as heavy as she is.

Lily ain't afraid of no Siamese! You can read her rants about him in her blog.
