well, what a hell week THIS was.
My dog Andrew, the brother of the baby in the sig line had become ill and I couldn't figure it out. Took him to the vet just now at near 10 pm -call out of course- and they expressed his anal glands. That took all the pain and sickness away. Watch those anal glands, friends. It makes them soooo sick.

3. he had them expressed at the vet about 11 at night and it nearly
exploded his head. He's not eating today but he's sipping water. If he isn't better by tomorrow, I will take him back. But he is perky when he thinks I'm going to another room and he's a bit better. Poor little guy. Thanks for the nice thoughts. :)

5. Yeah, I couldn't figure out what smelled like CAT's ASS
the other night on the couch. My hubby tossed the older cat in tub, he's squeaky clean, but something still stunk. Turns out it was a blanket that the older cat lays on, he just can't reach around and clean himself anymore. God, I HATE that smell.

One vet told me that I could not bring the cat in unless he was sedated.
