Any recommendations for freeware to convert wav to MP3?
I know there are quite a few out there, just asking for personal recommendations based on your experience.

1. RightClick-MP3 works very well
PC only, available here:

Gives you good control over a number of parameters. It is, however, DOS-based. If you're running XP and have problems with the app, I'd recommend downloading Tame. It's not free, but very handy for making DOS behave in an XP environment. You can find out more about it here:
