Need help
My video is working. I can see internet video, but have no sound. Using Windoze XP.

1. what are you using to view the video?
if you're using Windows Media Player, it has its own "mute" button and its own volume control ... these are separate from the system volume control ... make sure all volume controls are set correctly ...

can you get audio if you play a music file that's on your system or is it just when you play internet video?

3. Its ok now. I feel like an idiot...had the speakers unplugged.
Its too simple to first check the speakers. Thanks
