Okay you brilliant programmers....

Do you know of a "wikihelp" that exists? Any suggestions as to how to best set it up as far as architecture as the links are compiled?

Instead of dialing 911 or 411, there's also 211, and it's EXACTLY what I was looking for. Well, it's not all online yet but at least there's a call center.
