How do I get a refund from the fine folks at 'Driver Detective'? This all started when I discovered that my printer did not have the correct drivers to scan once I updated to IE7. I don't scan often so I probably have been without this capability for months. I searched for a way to update the drivers and could not find it on the HP site. (I since have). I had downloaded the Driver Detective to see if they had what I needed. The sign in/registration process offended me so much, I deleted the program. They had already charged my PayPal account(plus I was charged a currency conversion fee). I e-mailed them on April 3, the same day I downloaded it and asked for for a refund, which they said initially was an option. I cannot get them to respond to me. I have sent several e-mails and have received no reply. Anyone have an address that will reach a real person there?
